The wrong keys are recorded

This could be for several reasons:

  • The wrong language is set. Make sure to set the correct keyboard layout in the settings.
  • The keyboard is using a non standard protocol and is therefore not compatible at this time

I've forgotten the WiFi password

Unfortunately there is no way to access the device unless you remember the password.

Some keys are being missed

As per the product description, keyloggers tap an active connection and sometimes keys can be dropped as a consequence, though this is rare. Additionally numpad keys cannot be recorded.
